1. Acceptance and Platform Role
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, posting Content, or using The Crewz App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Subscription Policy.
The Crewz App is an intermediary marketplace connecting event companies, freelancers, and clients. It does not employ freelancers, act as an event planner, supervise engagements, or guarantee users, opportunities, payments, attendance, safety, quality, or outcomes.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 18, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not impersonate others or evade enforcement. Company representatives confirm they are authorised to act for the Company.
3. User Responsibilities
Users independently verify other users, qualifications, locations, contracts, remuneration, safety, and legal compliance. Event companies must publish accurate lawful opportunities. Freelancers must provide truthful skills and availability. Clients must publish accurate event requirements.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Current Demo limits, fixed-term paid plans, activation, expiry, cancellation, and refund terms are described in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Payments and refunds may also be governed by Apple, Google Play, or the applicable provider. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
5. Contact Privacy and Communications
Protected contact details may remain hidden until a relevant application or request is accepted. Revealed information may be used only for the legitimate connection and must not be sold, scraped, published, spammed, or misused.
6. Content and Safety
Users retain ownership of their Content and grant The Crewz App a limited licence to host, process, display, moderate, secure, and improve the Platform. Content must comply with the Community Guidelines. Users can report Content and block users. We may remove Content or restrict accounts for violations.
7. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine interactions and must not be fabricated, manipulated, retaliatory, abusive, or improperly incentivised.
8. Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains data practices. Users can initiate account deletion from Edit Profile or through the public Account Deletion page. After a valid request, access is disabled and data is scheduled for deletion within 45 days, subject to limited lawful retention.
9. Suspension and Disputes
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate users and remove Content for safety, legal, or policy violations. The Crewz App is not a party to user engagements and does not guarantee resolution of user disputes.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability will not exceed subscription fees paid during the three months preceding the claim. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
