Delete Inside the App
Open your role's Edit Profile page, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and enter your login password to confirm.
Delete Without the App
Email us from your registered email address. Include your full name, role, registered email, and registered phone number so we can verify the request.
Request Account DeletionWhat Happens Next
After a valid request, account access is disabled and associated account data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 45 days.
Data Included
Deletion is intended to remove authentication records, profile data, uploaded files, listings, requirements, applications, requests, notifications, and associated records.
Limited Retention
Some information may be retained where reasonably required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment records, active disputes, or enforcement. Shared records may be anonymised where necessary.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, or another provider. Cancel those subscriptions separately.
